Consult: Secure Print for Android and iOS Devices allows you to release your print jobs at any Consult: Secure Print-enabled printer or bizhub Konica Minolta bizhub MFP within your organization.

Please Note: Your organization needs to be running the Consult cloud platform with the Consult: Secure Print application for these mobile device apps to work.

Getting Started:

1. Register this application by using the Consult: Secure Print Setup Guide on your Windows or MAC workstation.

2. Your system administrator will need to install or provide you with the Consult: Secure Print Setup Guide on your Windows or MAC workstation as is specific to your organization's Consult: Secure Print account. If you do not have this application, please contact your organization’s system administrator.

3. Select "Mobile" on Main Menu of the Consult: Secure Print Setup Guide and follow the 3 easy steps to get your app registered.

4. After you have registered the app and printed your first test page, print as you normally do from your workstation and select "Consult Secure Printer" as your printer. This puts your print ready file in a secure print queue so you can authenticate at any Consult: Secure Print-enabled printer and have the print(s) released at that device.

5. Then open the Consult: Secure Print mobile release app on your mobile device and proceed to a Consult: Secure Print-enabled printer or Konica Minolta bizhub MFP. The app will automatically bring up a QR code scanner on your mobile device if you have print jobs waiting to release.

6. Scan the barcode on the printer.

7. Your document(s) will print immediately.

8. If you have any issues contact your organization's system administrator for help.
